HOW DOES YOUR SHIPPING & HANDLING WORKS?

Bescoop collaborate with worldwide merchants at times to provide you the best prices with the most interesting products. Your items can be shipped globally from a different country such as Australia, China, India, Japan, etc. Because we provide international shipping to anywhere in the world.

As we ship your item directly from our merchants in these countries, it may take up to 2-4 weeks to arrive. Don't you worry, it will be with you shortly! If you do not receive your item, please email us your tracking number and we will update you the fastest we can.

 

WHAT IF MY ORDER TRACKING NUMBER STOPPED UPDATING?

Some country customs department may decide to hold your item at the border temporarily without much reason. This is usually rare, but if your order is held up in customs, we suggest you calling your country's customs department directly and request for the release of your items.

Note: If your country customs do not release your item for some reasons, we will send you a replacement.

DO I HAVE TO PAY ANY CUSTOMS, DUTIES AND TAXES?

We do not charge any taxes for purchasing at Bescoop. But not forgetting, you are required to check on paying any fees (tariffs, taxes, etc.) imposed to your country customs during or after shipping.
